SQUAMISH, British Columbia, October 8, 2026 —
Sea to Sky Trails today highlighted its growing library of free field guides to the lakes, trails and waterfalls of British Columbia's Sea to Sky corridor, between Howe Sound, Squamish, Whistler and Pemberton.
The collection is free to read, with no account, app download or paywall.
What's in the collection
Each guide covers a single destination, including:
- Alpine lakes such as Lake Lovely Water, Wedgemount Lake, Cirque Lake and Elfin Lakes
- Valley lakes such as Alice Lake, Cheakamus Lake, Lillooet Lake and Birkenhead Lake
- Waterfalls and landmarks such as Nairn Falls and the Whistler Train Wreck
Guides cover how to get there, what to expect on the trail and when to go. Some trips start with a paddle or boat crossing, and those guides explain the access options.
Why it matters
Trails in the Sea to Sky corridor see more visitors every year, and much of the practical information is scattered across forums, social media and out-of-date posts. Sea to Sky Trails aims to put clear, local planning information in one place so visitors arrive prepared.
The full collection is at seatoskytrails.com.
